I had a disappointing experience with the room's heating. The temperature was uncomfortably high at 26-27 deg C, making it difficult to sleep, especially with it being -7 deg C outside. Additionally, the reception staff were not as helpful as I expected. they weren't prepared when we arrived, and I had to ask multiple times before getting assistance.

A bit more attention to room temperature control would go a long way!!! Better sound insulation between rooms could improve comfort significantly!!!
